Overview

PLEASE READ THIS PARTNER PROGRAM AGREEMENT (THIS “AGREEMENT“) CAREFULLY. This Agreement governs your participation in the Partner Program (as defined below) and is an agreement between Jindala Marketing Sdn Bhd. (“Jindala“) and you or the entity you represent (“you” “You“, or “Partner“). This Agreement takes effect when you are accepted into the Partner Program via email confirmation from Jindala (the “Effective Date“). Jindala and Partner are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and if applicable, our API Terms of Use, before you may participate in the Partner Program. For the avoidance of doubt, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and, if applicable, our API Terms of Use, form part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.

BY APPOINTING JINDALA TO BE YOUR ONLINE BUSINESS PARTNER (VERBALLY OR IN WRITTEN), YOU ARE CONSIDERED AS COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS TO BECOME A JINDALA PARTNER, AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE PARTNER PROGRAM, YOU REPRESENT THAT (1) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, AND (2) YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE ENTITY YOU REPRESENT AND THAT IS PARTICIPATING IN THE JINDALA PARTNER PROGRAM, AND TO BIND THAT ENTITY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT OR UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT REGISTER FOR OR PARTICIPATE IN THE JINDALA PARTNER PROGRAM.

ALL OF THE NECESSARY WEBSITE / ONLINE LANDING PAGE FOR PARTNER PROGRAM WILL BE OFFLINE, OTHERWISE THE PARTNER PROGRAM IS STILL CONSIDER VALID.

Jindala shall not responsible for all of the order fulfilment, refund process, damage & customer service for the products / services from Partner.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Return of your Products

Please check your product order upon delivery. Subject always to QQ Plus not being liable for Products that are damaged or lost during transit due to the any circumstances, in the event that the Product at the time of receipt is (i) the wrong Product; (ii) of a fundamentally different nature from such Product sold on the Site; (iii) expired, visibly spoiled or inconsumable; (iv) contained in broken packaging; or (v) appears to have been tampered with or unsafe for consumption, or at the time of you consuming the Products before their expiry, that they are spoiled or inconsumable, you may return the Product to QQ Plus for a refund or replacement.

Procedure for Return of Products

If you wish to return your Products for any reasons, please write to us at qqplus2020@gmail.com to initiate a Return Request within two (2) days from the date of the delivery of your product order. Upon receiving your Return Request, QQ Plus may require additional information and/or documentation about the state of your Products before accepting your Return Request and processing your refund. QQ Plus shall, at its absolute discretion, refund to you the whole or part of the purchase price of the returned Products.

Upon receiving confirmation of QQ Plus’s acceptance of your Return Request, please send your Products to be returned to 201, Jalan Ekoperniagaan 6, Taman Ekoperniagaan 2, Senai Airport City, 8140 Senai, Johor. QQ Plus recommends that you use a carrier which offers delivery tracking service to send your returned Products. QQ Plus shall not be responsible for any loss of the Products before it is delivered and received by QQ Plus.

Cancellation of your Order

If the price of a Product was misstated on the Site when you placed an order for it, and you have not received the delivery of the Product yet, QQ Plus reserves the right to cancel your product order and terminate the sale and purchase agreement between you and QQ Plus without your consent. Any payment that has already been made by you for such Product shall then be refunded.

Refunds

Your refund will be made to you via the same method which you have chosen and used to make the original payment to QQ Plus. The costs associated with the refund (such as the processing fees charged by the payment processor) shall be borne by QQ Plus.

QQ Plus does not promise the timeliness of your refund; the amount of time QQ Plus may take to process your refund, if it is indicated on the Site or in any communication to you, is only an estimate and QQ Plus shall not be liable for any delay in the refund unless the delay is unreasonable and is due to the fault or error of QQ Plus.

All refunds are conditional on QQ Plus’s acceptance of your valid Return Request and receipt of your returned Products. QQ Plus reserves the right and absolute discretion to inspect any returned Product and refuse receipt of a returned Product which (i) if the Product is returned for being the wrong Product sent to you, is used or not in its original packaging; (ii) does not correspond to your product order and (iii) has expired due to your delay in returning the Products to QQ Plus.

In the event of QQ Plus refusing receipt of your returned Products, QQ Plus shall not process your refund and may send the returned Products back to you at your own costs.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

During the ongoing global pandemic, Just QQ Plus's service goal is to ship out orders within 2 business days from receipt. The carriers we use is Citilink at the moment. Estimated delivery times have ranged from 2 business days, up to 7 business days. Please utilize the provided tracking number for up-to-date delivery information. We appreciate your patience. Any questions, please contact us via provided WhatsApp and Email as provided in the Facebook Page. During holidays or weekends, we will respond the next business day.

SECTION 1 - GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Just QQ Plus delivers within West Malaysia. It is our goal to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Other factors may delay processing 2 to 3 additional days, such as weekends, holidays, and item availability.

Should items not be in stock, we will notify you via email. We will wait 48 hours for a response. If we do not receive a response from you within this time, we will proceed to ship the order.

* Just QQ Plus does not ship to PO boxes at this time.
** All orders must be shipped via City Link Service Priority. We will not be able to track shipments after the package enters the area without City Link's coverage, and are then unable to determine delivery time. Additional charges may apply by using other courier service.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES

All orders within the West Malaysia, over RM25 and under 2KG will be shipped via City Link free of charge.

Expedited options are available at additional shipping cost. The additional cost will be calculated at checkout and offered to you as options.
For overweight items, additional shipping costs will also apply.

Additional charges may apply if packages are redirected, an incorrect address was provided, or is undeliverable. We are not responsible for shipping charges related to incorrect or missing information.

The minimum free shipping dollar amount excludes discounts, promotions, sales tax, and shipping.

SECTION 3 - TAXES

Items sold through our Site may be subject to taxes and other governmental charges. If an item is subject to taxes, prior to submitting your purchase request, an estimated tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING METHODS

We use City Link. The estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Neither we nor City Link are able to provide 100% guarantees on arrival.
When your order is shipped, an order update will be emailed to you with a tracking number. You may track your order via the City Link websites.
